REDFOX Racing Syndications is built on the combined expertise and passion of its founder and CEO, Tracey Rook, and partner Bloodstock Manager, Bill Duncan. Their diverse backgrounds, rooted in a lifelong love of horses, have converged to create a successful force in the racing industry.

Tracey Rook's connection to horses began at the early age of seven, competing in equestrian events. Her passion led her to Tulloch Lodge at sixteen, where she rode track work for the legendary Tommy Smith. This invaluable experience, coupled with her subsequent time as an apprentice jockey at Bounding Away, laid the foundation for her 30-year career in racing and bloodstock . Tracey's dedication extends to breeding and racing her own horses, as well as her in-depth study of racehorse pedigrees, culminating in the creation of REDFOX Thoroughbreds racehorse syndications.

Bill Duncan brings a wealth of business management and horsemanship experience to REDFOX. Growing up surrounded by racing, his father and grandfather were trainers. Bill's love for horses and racing started from a young age.

Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, he founded and managed his first company at just 18 while serving in the Australian Army. For the past 40 years, he has successfully owned and managed his own companies. In 1992, Bill established a 100-acre training complex in Orchard Hills, NSW, continuing the three-generation Duncan family racing tradition. His meticulous attention to detail, combined with his exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills, has been instrumental in his success in both business and the selection and training of racehorses.

Together, Rook and Duncan form a powerful partnership, driving REDFOX Racing's success.

Tracey is the owner of undefeated colt Fully Lit (by Hellbent), who won the $2 million Inglis Millennium and the $400,000 Inglis Pink Bonus at Randwick. Despite drawing a wide gate, Fully Lit, trained by Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott, delivered a dominant victory.

The win earned $1.155 million in prize money, plus the $400,000 bonus. For Redfox Racing, who purchased Fully Lit for $60,000, the win was a significant achievement. Breeder Glenlogan Park was also thrilled, noting the colt's impressive performance, despite the difficult race conditions.

This Inglis Classic Sale, REDFOX Racing purchased Lot 784, a Hellbent x With a Bang Filly from Bowness Stud for $42,000. Hellbent sold 26 of his offspring and Tracey has always been a fan of Hellbent. “This stage in his career, he has done better than his father, and it’s the stats”, she says on choosing another Hellbent horse, from her previous Inglis Classic purchase of Fully Lit (Hellbent x Sunlit).

Hellbent was a striking 16hh dark bay horse, is a G1-winning sprinter with exceptional speed, mirroring his sire, I Am Invincible. He won seven races between 1000m and 1200m, earning over $900,000, including the 2018 G1 William Reid Stakes in near-record time.

His pedigree features a successful double cross of Green Desert. Out of a Volksraad mare from the family of Golden Slipper winner Pago Pago, Hellbent is I Am Invincible's fourth G1 winner and 29th stakes winner. With stakes winners, including two G1 winners, in all four of his racing-age crops, Hellbent is one fast stallion.

Pinatubo, a Darley Stallion and crowned Horse of the Year, this unbeaten champion two-year-old boasts a sensational 134 rating—the best of his generation. Six commanding victories, including two at the G1 level, cemented his dominance. His G1 National Stakes win was hailed as a defining 2yo performance. With three G1 wins and impeccable stallion credentials, he's sired by the legendary Shamardal and hails from the illustrious family of Invincible Spirit, Kodiac, and Pride Of Dubai.

The Home Affairs horse is a top-class sprinter, a Gr.2-winning 2YO and dual Gr.1-winning 3YO, is the fastest son of I Am Invincible. His impressive race record includes wins in the Gr.2 Silver Slipper, Gr.1 Lightning Stakes, and Gr.1 Coolmore Stud Stakes.

His exceptional speed and pedigree, which includes Gr.1-winning sprinter Russian Revolution and the families of Encosta de Lago and Flying Spur, have made him a highly sought-after stallion. His first yearlings sold for up to $3.2 million (a Magic Millions Gold Coast record), with other strong sales results, and his first weanlings also commanded high prices. He earned $2,293,400 during his racing career.

Bivouac, a Champion Three-Year-Old and World Champion Sprinter, stands at Kelvinside, NSW. Retiring with over $5.6 million in earnings and six Group wins (three at G1 level), he demonstrated brilliance at two, three, and four.

His notable victories include the G3 Kindergarten Stakes, the G1 Golden Rose, the G1 Newmarket Handicap, and the G1 Darley Sprint Classic. Bivouac, by Exceed And Excel, is already proving his worth as a sire, with progeny including G2 winner Intention and other city winners.
